​Veterans Park contains 240 acres of open and wooded spaces. This park provides basic amenities such as playgrounds and baseball fields, but it also offers a more natural park experience. Through the wooded areas of Veterans Park, there are marked trails that lead you to different areas of the ecosystem that exists there. You will be immersed in the beautiful mystery of the forest as well as the wildlife that inhabits the stream that cuts past the trail.​
